We want you to love the site before it goes live. Our policy is simple and fair: if you’re not happy before launch, you get your money back. Here’s exactly how it works.
The build — happy or your money back
If you’re not happy with your website before it’s launched or handed off, we’ll refund your one-time build fee in full. No fine print and no hard feelings. We’d always rather fix it first — your package includes revisions and we’ll work with you to get it right — but if it’s still not for you, you get your money back.
Once the site is launched or handed off to you, the build is complete, so the build fee is no longer refundable. (That’s the point where the work is done and yours to keep.)
The monthly care plan
The optional care plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime— just email us and we’ll stop the next charge. Because each month covers hosting and updates we’ve already provided, the current month isn’t refunded, but you won’t be billed again after you cancel.
How to request a refund
Email hello@thesitesee.comand let us know what’s not working for you. A real person reads every message. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days, depending on your bank.
The short version
- Not happy before launch? Full refund of the build fee.
- Already launched and handed off?The build is complete, so the build fee isn’t refundable.
- Care plan? Cancel anytime; no refund for the current month, no charges after you cancel.
